SEMESTRAL PAYMENT ACCORDING TO DATE OF ENROLLMENT

At the moment these semestral payment plans only apply to Mexican participant, from July 2008 will be open for participants from the rest of the world.

HOW CAN YOU ENROLL THIS PROGRAM?

1. Fill in the registration form on line. (After you read this information, please click the Advance Registration Program link).

2. You will receive a reference number and dates of payments via email.

3. With the reference number, you must pay by semester in the Santander Serfin bank, check account number 65-50184637-6, to the Colegio Mexicano de Medicina Familiar AC. (Do not forget to write the reference number to identify your deposit).

4. Near every payment deadline, we will send you a reminder to the email account you previously registered with the amount in Mexican pesos according to the parity of exchange.

5. If you want to check your payment, we will send you a receipt by email.

WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU DO NOT PAY ON TIME?
