Registration on site

The online registration to Wonca CANCUN 2010 will remain open until May 9th, 2010. After this date, the registration should be made on site paying the current fee.

The on-site registration will be at the Coral Gallery Room at Fiesta Americana Grand Coral Beach Hotel

Conference Registration Fees

All payments quoted below are in Mexican Pesos (MX$). All banking charges MUST BE borne by the participants.

Registration Package

Registered participants will receive a registration confirmation. With this confirmation, you are invited to participate in the opening ceremony, opening reception, all scientific sessions, the official socio cultural event, exhibition and closing ceremony.

The registration fee for accompanying persons includes participation in the opening ceremony, opening reception, discount on the official socio cultural event, exhibition and closing ceremony.

Online Registration

The Online Registration is closed. From now on, you can only register on site.

Conference Badge

Each participant will receive a name badge upon registering at the registration desk. The badge will be the official meeting document and should be worn at all time in order to gain access into the meeting rooms.

Registration Instructions

  • All delegates are encouraged to register by using the online registration system.
  • All delegates, unless otherwise specified, must register with full remittance.
  • By registering online before December 31, 2009, you will avoid delays at on-site registration and enjoy the early fee discount.
  • Registration will not be confirmed until the requisite registration fee and documentation has been received.
  • Residents must submit a letter of confirmation from the head of department.
  • Wonca direct members must submit a copy of their member certificate.
  • These documents need to be submitted by fax to the number ++52 (55) 5678 4250, accompanying the registration confirmation.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  • Delegates unable to attend the 19th Wonca World Conference after having paid their registration fees must provide a written request for their refund.
  • Cancellations received before April 19, 2010 will result in a refund amount less an administrative fee of US$50.
  • Cancellations received on or after April 19, 2010, NO REFUNDS will be made.
  • All approved refunds will be issued after the congress. Please allow up to eight weeks to process your registration refund.
