In order to guarantee your room reservation, a two nights deposit plus taxes will have to be paid to the hotel, as a guarantee deposit. While you make the check out, you will have to pay the balance due to additional charges made by you during your stay directly to the Hotel. You can make the payment by:

Changes and Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
Room cancellations or arrival date changes can be made without penalty no later than March 31st. 2010. For the period between April 1rst. and the arrival date indicated in this form, a penalty of two (2) nights room rate, plus taxes, will be charged automatically to your credit card.
No Show Policy
In "No Show" cases ( meaning you did not arrive either made a cancellation ) a penalty of 2 ( two ) room nights, plus taxes, will be charged automatically to your credit card. This means you will not get back the 2 nights deposit, plus taxes, that the hotel had already charged you in order to guarantee your reservation.

The above mentioned rate is quoted in PESOS, per room, per 2 nights as a deposit to confirm the reservation, in an European Plan ( no meals included, although there might be some hotels that include breakfast in the rate. Please, check out the "Accommodation" website. ) and it is subject to 11% tax and 3% city occupancy tax. The charge for a 3rd person occupying the same room will vary upon to the Hotel selected. We do not accept Quad rooms.
Maximmum permitted occupancy is 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years old staying at the same room with their parents.
